To send a text message from your wireless phone to any other wireless phone:*

1. Go to your Message Center.
2. Select Create Message.
3. Select New Text Message.
4. On the To Screen, enter the 10-digit phone number (e.g. 9075638000).** You can enter multiple numbers by separating each entry with a comma. Or, you can select a contact or multiple contacts from your Contact List.
5. Select Ok.
6. Type your message.
7. Select OK, then Send.

To send a text message from the ACS Website to an ACS wireless subscriber:*

1. Go to www.acsalaska.com.
2. Under the Customer Service section, select Send a Text Message.
3. Enter recipient's 10-digit wireless number.**
4. Enter From and Message fields.
5. Select Send.
6. The site will comfirm your message was queued for delivery.

To send a text message from an e-mail account to an ACS wireless subscriber:*

ACS phones' e-mail addresses are the 10-digit phone number followed by @msg.acsalaska.com (e.g. 9075638000@msg.acsalaska.com). Use this as you would any other email address.

*Text messaging requires two-way, short-text messaging capable phone. All messages are limited to 140 characters. ACS makes every effort to deliver your text message addressed to subscribers of other wirelss carriers. Once your message leaves our network, we can make no guarantee that it will be properly delivered.

**International numbers require additional digits - country and city codes.
